Aftco Release Fish Tailer

The AFTCO Tailer measures and controls fish quickly and safely, making it perfect for measuring legal size and lifting heavy fish up to 100 pounds. Its springy stainless steel aircraft cable easily slips over the fish's tail and closes snugly with a quick upward pull. This limits the fish's movements, making it easier to tag, release, or lift into the boat. The built-in swivel allows for better handling of rolling and twisting fish, such as sharks. The four-foot Tailer has a corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum shaft and two non-slip grips for comfortable use. The 1/4-inch aircraft cable is also highly resistant to corrosion and is coated with plastic for added protection for the fish.
