TFO Deep Eddy Spinning Rods

The TFO Deep Eddy Spinning Rods are versatile nearshore rods designed to provide the strength, sensitivity, and control needed for demanding saltwater applications. Built on Toray intermediate-modulus carbon fiber blanks, the series maintains a lightweight, responsive feel while providing the backbone required for casting plugs, working jigs, drifting live bait, and fishing bottom structure. X Wrap reinforcement helps reduce torsional twisting throughout the blank, keeping the rod stable and responsive during lure presentations, hooksets, and hard fights with striped bass, fluke, blackfish, and other inshore and nearshore species.

Saltwater-ready components include Seaguide Alien reel seats for a secure reel connection and Seaguide Marine Grade 316 stainless steel guides for dependable corrosion resistance. Custom contoured EVA grips provide comfortable, secure handling in wet or dry conditions, while Delrin gimbals offer additional support at the rod butt during demanding fights. The one-piece, 7-foot lineup is available in Medium, Medium Heavy, and Heavy powers to accommodate a range of techniques, lure weights, and fishing conditions.
